The founders of SWADESH, wanted to put their strives, ideas and experiences of rural development and social change into practice independently what they had gained in the past years by working with the several organization, social Audit of MNREGA, Awarness programe on different issues, Plantation for the soil and water conservation with a view to reduce the global warming, Workshop on RTI, Mainstreaming and retention of dropout and out of school children are the major activities we have conducted. SWADESH has worked on financial literacy and financial inclusion by the support of NABARD.The organization is deicated to preserve the forest and keep clean environment by partication of people in Swatch Bharat Abhiyan. Our prime focous to use the optimum utilization of available resources and link the people to avail such resources. Health was one of the concerned areas where Swadesh promote the institutuional delivery and refer the people for health services. My sincere gratitude goes to our benefesiers, donor, office staffs, villager, SHG Women, labourers, volunteers and board members, etc who contributed their time, energy, and time to time suggestions for made work easy to achieve our goal. We do hope that in future we will deliver more development program for poor, needy and last men of the society
